1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the product: some items arrive in 3 business days, while others may take up to 20+ business days!!!

You can track your order by logging into your LIVORA account, going to “My Orders”, and clicking the tracking number.

Alternatively, copy the tracking number and paste it on the carrier’s website.

Yes! You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
