1. How long does shipping take?

  • Shipping times vary depending on the product: some items arrive in 3 business days, while others may take up to 20+ business days!!!

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, or weather.

2. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order by logging into your LIVORA account, going to “My Orders”, and clicking the tracking number.

  • Alternatively, copy the tracking number and paste it on the carrier’s website.

3. Can I return a product?

  • Yes! You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Certain products (personalized, digital, or final sale) cannot be returned.

4. How do I request a return or refund?

  • Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  • We will provide instructions for returning your item.

5. Who pays for return shipping?

  • Customers usually cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item), LIVORA will cover shipping.

6. Can I exchange a product?

  • Exchanges are handled as a return + new order.

  • Contact us first to check availability.

7. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

  • Contact us immediately at til.mail.sj@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

8. How much does the newsletter cost?

  • Our newsletter subscription is €3.99/month.

  • Subscribers get exclusive updates, and you can DM us on Instagram or TikTok to receive a 10% discount code for products.
