  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods, such as holidays or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination:

    • Some items may arrive in as little as 3 business days.

    • Other items, including international or special-order products, may take up to 20+ business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs, or weather.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • To track your order:

    1. Log in to your LIVORA account.

    2. Go to “My Orders”.

    3. Select your order and click the tracking number for updates.

  • You can also copy the tracking number and paste it on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.


4. Shipping Destinations & Fees

  • LIVORA ships worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the product and destination.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact our customer support at til.mail.sj@gmail.com.

  • We will investigate with the carrier and provide updates.

  • In cases where the package is confirmed lost, LIVORA will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
