At LIVORA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated for specific products.

In their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels included

Products that are customized, personal, or digital cannot be returned unless defective.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective product), LIVORA will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds & Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Partial refunds may apply if the item is damaged, used, or missing parts.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size, color, or model are handled as a return and new purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

LIVORA will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on availability.
7. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, personalized, or digital downloads cannot be returned.
