LIVORA – Return & Refund Policy

At LIVORA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated for specific products.

  • Items must be:

    • In original condition, unused, and undamaged

    • In their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels included

  • Products that are customized, personal, or digital cannot be returned unless defective.


2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at til.mail.sj@gmail.com or via Instagram/TikTok DM.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will provide instructions for returning the item.


3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective product), LIVORA will cover the return shipping costs.


4. Refunds & Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Partial refunds may apply if the item is damaged, used, or missing parts.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different size, color, or model are handled as a return and new purchase.

  • Contact support to check availability before sending an item for exchange.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at til.mail.sj@gmail.com  with photos of the damage.

  • LIVORA will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on availability.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale, personalized, or digital downloads cannot be returned.

  • Items returned outside the return window are not eligible for a refund.
