LIVORA – Track Order Policy

At LIVORA, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. This policy explains how you can track your orders and what to expect during the shipping process.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

  • Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location:

    • Some products may arrive in as little as 3 business days.

    • Other items, especially international or special-order products, may take up to 20+ business days!!!

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, weather, etc.).

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order by:

    1. Logging into your LIVORA account.

    2. Going to “My Orders”.

    3. Selecting the order you want to track.

    4. Clicking on the tracking number to see live updates from the carrier.

  • You may also copy the tracking number and paste it on the carrier’s website for the latest updates.

4. Shipping Destinations & Customs

  • LIVORA ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times depend on product type, shipping method, and destination.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order appears delayed beyond the expected delivery time, contact our customer support team at [til.mail.sj@gmail.com].

  • We will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed.

  • If a package is confirmed lost, we will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

6. Changes to This Policy

  • LIVORA reserves the right to update this Track Order Policy at any time.

  • Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
